In these times of component scarcity, Fuji Seal is able to support our customers in a very efficient way by providing a complete and brand new sleeve line within 4 weeks, from stock!
The line exists of:
- A High quality and very reliable FS405 shrink sleeve applicator
- An energy efficient ST-24 steam tunnel with access from 2 sides, generating high quality shrink results
- A DR-M semi-automatic splice unit, containing 2 reels, integrated splice table and film accumulation that allows a reel-change without production stop.
- An inspection and rejection system
Operation efficiency: >98%
In its current execution suitable for:
- Various containers (in PET or HDPE)
- 30 ml up to 2000 ml
- Full body sleeves
- Partial sleeves
- Thin sleeve materials
