Fuji Seal DR-MC

The Fuji Seal DRM-C is an automatic splice unit which fully automatically switches between an empty film reel and a full film reel while the operator is away. This way the unit provides the operator with full flexibility to also operate other machines in the production line.

The Fuji Seal DRM-C holds 3 reels and can run up to 80 m/min. When switching between film reels a small film buffer is used to ensure the machine will continue production at full speed at all times.

During production the operator can replenish empty reel stations while production is continued at full speed.

The unit is compact, requires only a small floorspace and can be placed in various positions.
